Kindness calls
During the pandemic, we began by making calls to check in on those totally isolated by lockdown.
At our peak we made over 170 calls a week. In need of a call or know someone who does?
Get in touch with us and we can refer you for a kindness call.
Prescription pick up
Another service that began during our humble beginnings was our prescription pick-ups.
We will collect prescriptions for those who aren’t able to easily collect their medications, or get them delivered to them.
We still operate this service for our VIPs.
Shopping collections
We offer food shopping collections and drop-offs for our VIPs.
Originally offered to those in isolation we extended the service to our VIPs who felt overwhelmed by the restrictions and guidance put in place in shops during the height of covid, or our VIPs who were considered vulnerable to the virus.
