Tickets and Delivery
All tickets purchased through our website are delivered electronically via email.
There are no physical tickets issued and no postage costs apply.
Your email confirmation and receipt act as your ticket for the event. Please bring your email confirmation with you (printed or on your phone) when attending the event.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at [email protected].
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is made more than 7 days before the event date. This allows us time to attempt to resell the ticket.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date (if applicable).

Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be given or resold to another person. Only the named ticket holder will be admitted to the event unless agreed in advance by the organisers.
